I've just relocated to Seattle, have easy access to public transportation (but no car), and am looking for work in IT. I've just left a job in the banking field (and I'd prefer not to go back into finance).

I learn fast, get things done, know how to troubleshoot all sorts of issues. We were just moving to Win2K8 Server, so most of what I know for server troubleshooting was 2000/2K3. I would prefer no call-center support work, but won't refuse.

During my last position, I also wrote and edited internal technical manuals to insure proper COB/proceess documentation was in place.
