We need a skilled developer to join our 20 man development and consulting team specializing in strategic marketing initiatives, delivering high visibility projects for major Fortune 500 companies, as well as local and national businesses. That being said, inter-office ping pong and XBOX tournaments are a common occurrence!

We are looking to fill a leadership and/or developer role that will grow with the company. You will work from our headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens.

For this position we are looking for:

• Proven development experience with Java preferably doing 3D and/or Game development.

AND/OR

• Proven development experience with ASP.NET using the ADO.Net framework - Or a strong case why what you use is better.
• Strong SQL knowledge, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio - Or a strong case why what you use is better.

No matter what your technological background is you must have:

• Knowledge of user interface design of Web applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients to develop a clear understanding of project requirements and architecture.
• Desire to learn new technologies as part of a multi-platform development shop
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Reliability, a professional attitude, and a willingness to do what is required in a cooperative work setting.
• Work well as part of a team as well as independently.
